In this episode, Monica discusses being ready and what we really mean when we say “I’ll do it when I’m ready.” She explores the concepts of being enough, dealing with other people’s reactions, and perfectionism. She offers some concrete ways to do Brave things, even when you don’t feel ready to do them and discusses preparation, managing expectations, possible creativity scars, and finding your “process people”.

It is important to remember that something we “do” - like take a solo, or play a concert, or make a CD - is not a reflection of who we are.
